    Grith is coming to Telegram

We have started work on a Telegram Mini App version of Grith — the same private journal and AI reflection, opened straight from a chat. No download, no account to set up.

It is not finished yet, and we are not promising a date. Join the waitlist and you will hear from us once — when it is ready to use.

    What we are building

    Write without leaving the chat

A plain, fast journal. Open it the same way you open a conversation — no app to install, no account to create.

An AI that has read your week

The same reflective chat as the iPhone app, with your recent entries as context so you are not re-explaining yourself.

Mood check-ins that take ten seconds

Mark how the day went. Enough signal to see a pattern later, little enough effort to actually keep doing it.

    Synced across your Telegram devices

Start on your phone, finish on your laptop. Your entries follow your Telegram account, encrypted before they leave the device.

How it relates to the iPhone app

They are two separate products that happen to share a name and an approach. The iPhone app stays local-first: your entries live on your device and Grith has no copy of them.

The Telegram version has to work across every device you use Telegram on, so entries are encrypted on your device and then synced through our server. We can store them; we cannot read them.

Nothing moves between the two. Installing the Telegram version will not import your iPhone journal, and the iPhone app will not see anything you write in Telegram. There is no shared account and no migration planned.

    What joining actually does

You press Start on our Telegram bot. We record your Telegram user ID and the date, and nothing else — no phone number, no name, no message content.

We use it for exactly one message: telling you the Telegram version is live. Send /forget to the bot at any time and the record is deleted immediately. If we decide not to build this, the whole list is deleted.

Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
