What to Include
When contacting support, include:
- what happened
- what you expected to happen
- your device model and OS version if the issue is technical
- whether the issue involves optional Cloud AI, subscriptions, or local data
Product Notes
- Grith is local-first. Journal entries, chats, and most app data stay on your device by default.
- Cloud AI is optional and is not professional, medical, or emergency support.
- The app includes Delete All My Data in Settings for local wipe.
- The app does not currently provide a built-in portable data export feature.
